TSP evaluates and measures service levels in accordance with a performance management and monitoring system the guidelines of which are agreed upon by its clients on the basis of the pre-determined and relevant quality standards. TSP identifies key risks associated with the delivery of services through continuous risk analyses for the elimination thereof, specifies methods of measuring performance, auditing and monitoring individual services against pre-defined KPI’s; employs staff training programs to ensure the achievement of pre-defined service levels and quality standards associated with the service delivery methodology; implements the performance driven risk and reward mechanism on behalf of its clients.
